Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between CreaBoul and its customers in the context of the sale of printing equipment and associated services.

2. Scope

These GTC apply to all sales concluded by CreaBoul, both with professionals and individuals. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed:

• By WhatsApp

All orders are subject to a prior quote that must be accepted by the customer before execution.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in CFA Francs (XOF) and are understood to include all taxes (TTC). CreaBoul reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Payment Terms

Payments can be made by:

• Bank transfer
• Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money)
• Cash
• Check (subject to collection)

A deposit of [percentage]% may be required at the time of order. The balance is payable according to the conditions defined in the quote.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in the quote.

7. Receipt and Verification

The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon delivery. Any anomaly (missing or damaged product) must be reported immediately to the delivery person and confirmed in writing to CreaBoul within 48 hours.

8. Warranties

All our equipment is guaranteed according to the manufacturer's conditions. The warranty period varies depending on the products and is specified in the quote and on the invoice.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to improper use
• Unauthorized modifications
• Failure to follow maintenance instructions

9. After-sales service

CreaBoul provides after-sales service including:

• Installation and commissioning
• User training
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Spare parts supply

10. Termination and cancellation

Any order cancellation must be notified in writing. In case of cancellation after validation of the quote, cancellation fees may be applied depending on the progress of the order.

11. Liability

CreaBoul's liability is limited to the amount of the order. CreaBoul cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or loss of business resulting from the use of its products.

12. Force majeure

CreaBoul cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-performance resulting from force majeure (natural disaster, strike, war, etc.).

13. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
